Si compone di ampia corte piantumata di ingresso dotata di tavolo con 4 sedie per rilassanti cene all’aperto, zona giorno con cucina a vista dotata di 4 fornelli a gas, forno microonde, frigo e freezer, camera da letto matrimoniale, camera doppia con due letti singoli, bagno finestrato con vasca.

Dotazioni: 4 fornelli a gas, forno microonde, frigo e freezer, lavatrice, riscaldamento autonomo, aria condizionata.

Location

Situato in zona centrale ma tranquilla, ben servita da negozi e supermercati, a pochi minuti dal ponte di Rialto, e vicino alle “Fondamento Nuove”, partenza ideale per la scoperta delle isole della laguna veneziana, Murano, Burano e Torcello.

Come arrivare: vaporetto linea 1, fermata CA’ D’ORO.

    L’appartement Corte dell’Edera est bien agencé, mobilier simple, son emplacement est idéal au bord d’un canal plutôt calme, et sa terrasse est extraordinaire! Il y a une boulangerie, patisserie, supérette à 2 pas. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis vénitien!!!

    + Check-in was very convenient, Laura met us at the vaporetto stop and brought us to the apartment. Check-in and check-out procedure was very easy and took few minutes. Also got map of Venice and recomendations on restaurants, supermarket, etc. Authentic Venetian apartment, with a nice private patio on one side and canal on other side. Washing machine was very useful. Excellent location.
    - Corte dell’Edera apartment was just ok to sleep, but it is too small and crammed. Kitchenette is small and not convenient. No electric kettle supplied so preparing a tea was a challenge. No dishwasher. Mosquitoes at night.

    We were guided to the appartment from the Ca’ D’Oro and shown through the appartment and the details of the contract. The location was great – quiet and private yet, not too far from the action.
    - The appartment was very cramped and facilities were fairly poor for this sort of money. No flyscreens, no airconditioning, etc.
