Description
An architect designed this gorgeous flat with a modern female taste and a particular care for details. The quiet and stylish apartment is right behind the Clock Tower, two steps from Piazza San Marco. Situated on the 4th floor (no lift), it is recommended especially for a Honeymoon cradle or for a romantic weekend.
The apartment is composed of a bright living room with sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette (2 hotplates, microwave, dishwasher), a double bedroom, a bathroom with glittering mosaics and a small corner for laundry.
All comforts include independent heating, air conditioning and free WIFI connection.
Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, American coffeemaker, elettrical kettle, 2 electrical hobs, fridge with freezer, hairdryer, flat TV, CD player, air conditioning, indipendent heater, WIFI internet connection.
Location
Sestiere San Marco, few metres from the most famous square of Venice – the only one called “Piazza”, all the other are just “campi” – which will enchant you at everytime of the day and of the night.
Meeting point: vaporetto boatstop “SAN MARCO”, vaporetto waterbus line 1, 2, N o Alilaguna.
Booking
Select the arrival and departure date on the calendar. The system will calculate the final price for the apartment selected. Complete and submit the booking form below with all required data, by entering a valid credit card on which the deposit will be charged, the 20% of the total. The price includes: the apartment rental cost, the checkin service between 14.30 and 23.30, final cleaning, bed linen, towels and kitchen clothes, utilities, VAT and city taxes. Nightly rates start to decrease for stays of 7 nights and over, with longer stays being even better value, please contact us for special rates.

De moins très peu de serviettes et aucun produit de toilette: location trop chère pour le peu de chose à disposition.

Nosotros estuvimos en el apartamento cá Nova, a menos de 200 metros de la piazza San Marco de Venezia. Por su ubicación ya podeís imaginar que valió la pena, pero además el apartamento presenta un estado impecable, muy bien decorado y equipado con vitrocerámica, nevera, microndas, lavaplatos, cafetera, lavadora, radio-CD y televisión. Y todo lo necesario para cocinar si hace falta. Es un apartamento reformado con gusto y con pequeños detalles que lo hacen muy cómodo, como los armarios, habitaciones espaciosas, libros e información sobre la ciudad. Vaya, estuvímos estupendamente bien! Muy recomendable, es un tercer piso en una callecita tranquila, por lo que no hay ruido que moleste y cerca hay un supermercado. La persona que nos atendió (Donatella) muy simpática y amable! Nos recibió con un mapa y una botella de cava para celebrar el fin de año!

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut top! Das Interieur ist sehr modern und hochwertig. Die Raumaufteilung ist gut. Man hat alle Freiheiten da es sich um ein reines Apartment ohne Frühstück oder sonstige Verpflichtungen handelt. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt – das Apartment liegt direkt hinter dem berühmten Markusplatz inmitten von Venedig. Man bekommt dennoch – auch tagsüber – nichts vom Trubel draußen mit, wenn man dies nicht möchte, da das Apartment in den Innenhof orientiert ist. Speziell hervorzuheben ist das Service rund um die Anreise: Wir kamen um 5.00h Morgens (!) am Piazzale Roma an, sind in den Waterbus (Nightline) eingestiegen und bis zur Station San Marco – Vallaresso gefahren. Dort wurden wir um 5.30h Morgens von Laura – einer sehr zuvorkommende Hostess der Apartmentkette – abeholt und ins Apartment begleitet (inkl. Schlüsselübergabe und Formalitäten). Top! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

Die örtliche Reiseleiterin hat uns direkt an der Vaporetto Haltestelle empfangen und zur FeWo begleitet. Die Wohnung war ganz neu renoviert und modern augstattet mit viel Liebe für die Deko. Genauso wie es im internet beschrieben wurde. Alles hat super gepasst und wir waren alle begeistert. Ich kann VHH nur weiterempfehlen. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Location is excellent, just few meters from St Marc square. Flat (Ca’ Civi) is very spacious. Bed and bathroom clean. Very quiet. Venice Homes & Holidays staff was very precise, extremely kind, very helpful, many thanks. Flat was at 4th floor w/o elevator (19 steps/floor).

Superbe appart (Ca Nova), design, très bien équipé (machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle, clim dans les 2 pièces,…). Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain vraiment très agréable. De plus l’appart està 50m de la place Saint-Marc. Attention tout de même l’appart se situait au 4ième étage sans ascenseur.

Appartement probablement occupé quelques semaines par an par les propriétaires. En témoignent la qualité des aménagements et des accessoires. Appartement neuf, mobilier “très design”, salle de bains spatieuse et très confortable. Emplacement à 1 mn de la place Saint-Marc et néanmoins appartement parfaitement calme. Jolie vue sur les toits vénitiens.

We had a great experience with Venice homes and holidays. We were met by the lovely Laura at the vaporetto stop and shown to our apartment. The apartment, Ca’Nova was lovely! Modern, clean,great central location and with all the facilities you might need. Free wifi. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Staying in Ca’Nova flat was the best choice for us. It looks exactly as in pictures posted on this website.Donatella and Nicoletta were great,they helped a lot also with explanations about surroundings, transport etc. Even if you are getting lost in Venice, it is impossible not to find the way back to the flat, since it is situated exactly near San Marco square.Even if outside are plenty of tourists the noise doesn’t enter into the flat to disturb your rest. Everything was perfect! We’ll definitely book it again when we’ll return to Venice! Thank you, HH Venice!
My husband and I just stayed at Ca’Nova this past week and couldn’t have been more pleased!!! Donatella and Nicoletta were wonderful in communicating. They responded promptly to questions via email. They sent us specific directions on how to get to island after landing at Marco Polo airport. Nicoletta was at the water taxi stop to meet us and take us to the apartment. She was very helpful in telling us were local markets and grocery store (Co-op) was! The apartment was exactly as pictured and had all amenities that they listed.
We had rented an apartment in Rome but this experience with HHV was so much nicer and easier! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to all our friends!
