Description
New and charming apartment, with modern interiors on the ground floor of a building situated just few steps from the picturesque street “Via Garibaldi”, with all its shops, supermarkets and daily markets, and from “Giardini” (where the Venice Arts Festival and the Biennale take place). St Mark’s Square is just 15 minutes walking distance and at the same time in few minutes by vaporetto it is possible to reach the Lido island’s beaches.
The entrance of the apartment is directly on the exclusive courtyard furnished with a table for 6 people, where enjoy an “aperitif” after a long busy day in Venice. Bright and functional, the apartment is composed by a living room, in which is situated a double sofabed, with a modern white kitchenette (4 gas hobs, microwave oven, a large fridge, washing machine); two bedrooms, one double which can be split on twins, and one single with a pull-out bed; a bath with shower.

Really liked the location, a nice scenic15min walk to St. Marks.Two bedrooms plus living room sofabed, small kitchen was perfect.

Nette kleine Wohnung in direkter Nähe zum Biennale Gelände. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Nosotros estubimos en el apartamente del barrio del Castello, justo al lado de los jardines de la Bienale, un lugar fuera de la multitud, pero muy cerca de todo (10 min. Andando a la plaza de San Marcos). Una zona muy tranquila, no se oye nada, ni a los vecinos. Un oasis en medio de Venecia, porque teniamos hasta terraza para tomar el fresco. Tanto Donatella por correo, como Laura al venirnos a buscar, un encanto, me ayudaron en organizar el viaje, y nos aconsejaron multitud de sitios donde comer o comprar sin tener que pagar en esceso. Un supermercado justo al lado (Coop) muy economico y muchos restaurantes y bares en Via Garibaldi (donde estabamos) muy buenos y bien de precio. Las camas estupendas y la cocina equidada al maximo, hasta me lleve la colada limpia a mi casa jajaja. Lo recomiendo al cien por cien.
- Por quejarme de algo, los mosquitos. Yo me lleve mis Kill-Paff de casa, pero hasta el apartamente tiene los suyos, solo hay que comprar las pastillas.

- Tisch nicht ausreichend gross für 6 Personen Warmwasser funktionierte schlecht. Duschen war fast nicht möglich. Fenster sehr schlecht isoliert, dadurch war es in der Wohnung recht frisch Sauberkeit: oberflächlich sauber, aber zum Beispiel die Heizkörper im Badezimmer (dort wo man die Handtücher zum Trocken aufhängt) waren verstaubt ….
