Elegante appartamento in contesto di palazzo storico del Seicento, arricchito da affreschi e stucchi originali, situato a pochi passi da Campo Santa Maria Formosa, nel cuore della città, a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e dal Ponte di Rialto. In pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere San Zaccaria, punto di partenza di tutte le linee dei vaporetti.
L’appartamento si compone di ampia zona living con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato (4 fuochi a gas, 1 piastra elettrica, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie), bancone all’americana in acciaio, Tv LCD satellitare con lettore DVD, una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto doppia, due bagni, entrambi con doccia, di cui uno en-suite alla camera da letto doppia. Pavimenti in parquet e travi a vista in tutte le stanze.
Dotazioni: TV, lavatrice, asciugatrice, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, riscaldamento autonomo e aria condizionata.

Sestiere Castello, a pochi passi da campo Santa Maria Formosa, a pochi minuti a piedi dal ponte di Rialto e da piazza San Marco. Centralissimo, si trova in una piccola calle tranquilla. Una posizione perfetta come punto di partenza per le vostre passeggiate, vicino a ogni tipo di negozi e ristoranti.
Come arrivare: Vaporetto linea 1, 2, 4.1 e 5.1, Alilaguna (navetta per l’aeroporto Marco Polo), fermata San Zaccaria.

Bon acceuil. Appartement meublé avec goût. Bonne situation géographique.
- Attention, l’appartement Ca del’Arco est extrêmement sombre. Il est situé dans une petite rue sans lumière et il est dans l’ obscurité du matin au soir. Nous n’avons donc pas pu en jouir comme nous le souhaitions pour les repas, car impression d’appartement borgne. J’aurais aimé le savoir, et je n’aurais pas loué cet endroit. Le lit pour la cinquième personne est un lit d’appoint dans le salon, est en mauvais état. En gros, assez déçus !…

Cet appartement est très agréable et bien situé. Cela a été un bonheur d’y être avec nos enfants. Donatella, qui s’est occupé de nous, a été charmante. Nous retournerons à cette adresse les yeux fermés
Great location and plenty of space. It was perfect for us, 2 adults and children children ages 7 – 13. Would highly recommend it

El apartamento es muy bonito y situado en una zona muy centrica,muy bien equipado de menaje y electrodomesticos. lo mejor la tranquilidad no hay ningun ruido por la noche, lo pasamos muy bien, lo recomiendo a todos.
- Lo que menos me gustó es la habitación de 2 camas, son unas literas y no me parece apropiado en caso de personas adultas.

“Look no further- you’ve found it!”
Seriously cool place in a great location in Venice near St Marco Square and in a great location close to food and supermarket etc.
Family of 4, with 2 kids loved this place- excellent kitchen facilities, small but good lounge room, great master bedroom with comfy pillows and good kids bedroom.
Our only gripe was the low lighting- buy a reading lamp please! But otherwise, first class fittings, clean, heaps of top quality cooking utensils- the best place we have stayed in.
And thanks to Donatella for being such a good host.
“Everything included in well appointed Venice apartment”
Great 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Venice, supplied everything we needed on short notice. We rented this apartment the day before(!) arriving in the middle of the busy tourist season and Donatella (the manager) met us at the pier and escorted us to the apartment. Apartment included washer/dryer (with detailed instructions in English), TV, gas stove, and all the cooking implements we needed. Close to restaurants, grocery store, and internet cafe.
“Well appointed and great location”
This is a really well appointed apartment in a nice central location. Our only nitpick would be to add aC to the 2nd Bedroom (at least for July/August). Good attention to detail and overall outstanding value.
“Very happy”
The apartment was in a great location, it was comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped with a kitchen, crockery/utensils and a washing machine. Donnatella (the agent) was most helpful and accommodating. Good value for money!

Stayed at Ca d’Arco. GREAT location…you’re in the middle of it all. Spacious and clean apartment. Our contact, Laura, was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
No era un hotel, sino un apartamento. La atención por parte de la persona que nos atendió para hacernos llegar al apartamento así como el día de salida fue excelente. El apartamento estaba bien equipado y limpio. Lo unico que haría sería pintar las paredes de un color calido y quedaría mucho mas acojedor.
Location, quiet neighborhood, family appartment, price.
- A few basic things needed to be repaired (bathromm door, extra bed). They should had taken care of those, as they were incleuded in the price.

Spacious and very quiet appartement, well furnished and equiped. Fits perfectly for 2 adults + 2 children. Indeed a little dark, but not disturbing and quiet common in Venice.
We appreciated the location, very central but not in a highly crowded part of the city. Baker, grocer and restaurants just around the corner. Coop supermarket and take away very close.
Dishwasher + laundry very appreciable when staying a week. Heathing worked perfectly (interesting in end of october!).
Finally, top welcome and good bye by the agency.
La localizacion a tan solo 5 minutos de la plaza san marco. Apartamento confortable con buena calefaccion . 1 dormitorio con dos camas y baño completo , 1 dormitorio matrimonio , salon con cocina americana y un sofa cama. Otro baño completo en la entrada. Zona muy tranquila.
Abbiamo potuto utilizzare l’appartamento per un periodo abbastanza lungo. Ottima la posizione, tra San Marco e Rialto, ma leggermente defilata, con una giusta dose di riservatezza e tranquillità. Buona la struttura interna, due bagni, di cui uno con una comoda lavatrice, camera matrimoniale e altra camera con due letti. La zona cucina è bene organizzata e attrezzata. Impianto di riscaldamento ottimamente funzionante. In conclusione, un buona soluzione per vivere Venezia.
In occasione della Maratona di Venezia abbiamo avuto il piacere di poter soggiornare in questo splendido appartamento. Eravamo in 4 adulti e 2 bimbi e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Nonostante si tratti di un palazzo storico l’arredamento é moderno e curato in ogni particolare. E’dotato di ogni comfort ed abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto che ci fosse la lavastoviglie e persino la lavatrice. Grazie di cuore e complimenti!
Favoloso appartamento con 2 stanze da letto, 2 bagni, dotato di ogni comfort ed arredato con grande gusto ed attenzione ai particolari. Si arriva a Piazza San Marco in meno di 5 minuti a piedi ed appena si esce dalla portone di casa c’é un ottimo ristorante…ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo soprattutto alle famiglie con bimbi… Grazie ed arrivederci Fam.
