The apartment is composed by a bright entry living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped open space kitchen (four gas hobs, microwave, and fridge) with a wooden table for four people, double bedroom with iron beaten bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine. The wide private courtyard, with direct access from the bedroom, is equipped with a beach umbrella and a table for four people; in the middle there is one of the original Venetian well.

With an easy access from the city terminal, at the same time in about 15 minutes walking is possible to reach the Rialto Bridge or the Accademia Bridge.In the various pubs, café and restaurants nearby it will be possible to taste a typical meal with a good glass of wine at a very reasonable price.
